Esparta building is located nex to the Atenas
building and about a 3 minute walk to the slopes
and 1 minute walk to the grocery store.
The kitchen has  two electric hot plates plus
a small but efficient electric oven (bigger than
a toaster oven) as well as a microwave oven,
fridge and all cutlery and fully equipped.
There is however no gas oven. There is
internet acess in the reception area of
Corintho on a desktop computer and is 5
Pesos and hour. There is no wireless at all
in the building to use your laptop.


This unit has 2 bathrooms. 1 Full bathroom
with a bath and shower. The apartment comes
with linens and towels and stays include daily
cleaning. There is also weekly ski lockers on
the main floor of the apartment.There is a
reception desk as well for  this building for
check in, key pick up,etc....













The title to the apartment is what is called a
Propiedad horizontal. This means you are the
sole owner of the metres of the apartment, plus
the co-owner of common areas, including the
land.  The Building's Consortium has an excellent insurance with Zurich Insurance. This insurance
covers fire and a lot more. We are happy to
assist you with renting out this apartment,
handling transfer of title and transaction process
and any other needs you might have. Yearly
property tax was $75.00 Argentine Pesos in 2006.

Los Molles -Land For Sale 15 minutes from Las Lenas

A group of 7 bought a half hectare/1.25 acres of land in
October of 2005. Everyone owns
the land together, but each have a separate, individual piece within the parcel. Each plot of land is free to
be built upon in any way desired.
All of the paperwork and subdividing has been completed.

So far, only one has built a structure (the lot located in the front right corner, within the trees). The parcel for sale is behind that, also on the right side and totals 660 square meters/7,104 square feet or .16 of
