Powder-Lodge is located in the Chilean Andes, Farellones area at 7500 feet over sea level , close to Santiago Chile only 1 hour away from the International Santiago´s airport This comfortable, modern, high-country ski lodge is situated in a fantastic , breathtakingly beautiful alpine basin overlooking the Majestic Andes Mountains that go up to 18.000 feet at this area, and its close to the 3 skiing centers in the region Valle Nevado-El Colorado y La Parva.

Powder - Lodge is a roomy 2 1/2 story wood frame building nestled in a picturesque alpine place overlooking La Parva. This new, beautifully-built, spacious lodge has pine paneling, exposed beams, and bright colours throughout. It is heated with a combination of propane central heating and wood, and lighted with electricity.

Guests will find the bright, roomy kitchen is fully outfitted with everything they need and catering is one of the finest in the area.
The unique, large dining table allows everyone to sit together comfortably, and there is also seats at the bar.

The comfortable 2 living rooms with large couchs, a glass-doored wood heater, and many board games. A slide projector is also available upon request and Direct TV with international channels. Internet is available also.

Each of the 8 , 2-3 person bedrooms with private bath ,comes with twin-sized beds which can be easily joined to accommodate couples. Comfortable beds , pillows, fluffy duvets, and bedding are also provided.

They are lucky to have the services of some wonderful talented chefs who can make even the most discerning diner hurry at the end of the day in anticipation of dinner. Our menu is changed weekly and contains a delectable mixture of 'comfort', 'world', and 'nouveau' foods. Several of the meals feature local organic meats and foods. Accommodations can be made for those with special dietary requirements or food allergies. All breakfasts have assorted breads, jams, eggs and a selection of cold items like cereal, fruit, and yogurt. When guests return to the lodge at the end of a long ski day they will find mouthwatering appetizers awaiting them, followed by a delectable dinner and homemade desert.

Posada Farrellones Hotel

Posada Farellones hotel is found amid Farellones’ single forest. The Ski resorts of La Parva and El Colorado are 5 and 6km respectively from Hotel Posada de Farellones. It takes 20 minutes to drive 13km to Valle Nevado. The Farellones parking lot, where the ski lifts begin that connect Farellones village with El Colorado.

The hotel provides daily transport to and from the ski resorts of El Colorado and La Parva (just 10 minutes away from the hotel). The van leaves the hotel at 9:00 AM + 10:00 AM and pickd up at El Colorado and La Parva bases at 4:45 PM + 5:45 PM.

This hotel has a distinct Swiss style, where wood and stone are mixed to create a lively, cosy atmosphere. It has an excellent restaurant called Los Condores and the daytime menu includes pastas, red meat, fish and seafood dishes and vegetarian dishes, as well as delicious mountain recipes for dessert.

The restaurant is open to the public for lunch from 1:00 - 5:00 PM. Dinner is for hotel guests only and is served at 8:00 PM, so as to maintain a warm, family atmosphere with all our guests.

The hotel has a living room with a large fireplace, satellite TV, board games and a Nintendo 64. They have a lobby and ful reception desk with currency exchange, Internet and fax service. The rooms are fully furnished rooms with a TV, telephone, safe-deposit box and central heating. The hotel also has an indoor hot tub, a ski check room with a boot-drying machine, and ski and snowboard rental shop.
