Tropical Hotel Das Cataratas, 4 Star    Fully integrated in nature the Tropical das Cataratas was built in colonial Portuguese style with 203 cozy rooms. It is located 15km from the International Airport and 25km from the center of Foz do Iguaçu. The Tropical Cataratas was pioneer in adopting ecological policies being the first in South American. Their rooms are comfortable rooms and are distributed in 2 floors and wide corridors where small baskets collect trash for recycling. The access to the rooms can be up the stairs or taking the lift next to reception. The Tropical das Cataratas features two restaurants and the Grill Restaurant provides poolside bar services all day. Ipê Bar & Grill accommodates 250 people for buffet services and up to 500 for cocktails, live music and "gaucho" barbecue served with salad and dessert buffets.
